Like to everyone else, we are all been taken by these so called "FREE SAMPLES"..and later turned out NOT TO BE! They give you such a short window to cancel. They even charged your credit card right away even before you cancel and before the 15 day cancellation! I have cancelled right after I found out the second charges..then i was told they will take care of it and after a week they were so SLEEK and FAST that they charged me for another shipment which of course I did not authorized! Tried numerous times in calling and reconfirming my complaints thru telephone call and chat line yet I DO NOT SEE ANY RESULTS..HAVE NOT GOTTEN A REFUND for the second and third charges on my account!!
