AT&T Send Email
Frustrating experience
Respected sir/madam,
This store used to be an Edge Wireless. It has transitioned to AT&T. I waited for a while to transfer my plan over because they are always very packed with customers. I have gone into the store 5 times in the last month and each time there is over an hour long to wait just to talk with someone. Last night i waited an hour and 15 min. I transferred my phone service over to AT&T and bought 2 new phones. I was told they could send calls but would not receive calls till 10pm. This morning i still could not receive calls and when i called AT&T the tech would not listen to me and wanted to trouble shoot my phones. Since it was and issue with the porting of the numbers I became very frustrated and hung up. I called back later and learned the porting would not be complete until 12pm today as is standard practice. 1. Biggest issue is the wait time in that store to get helped. 2. The employee was not properly trained in that store. 3. The employee in customer service at AT&T was not properly trained.
