never completed an order with this acai berry detox. i received their product in the mail july 27, 2009. i never hit the submit or order now button. they have illegally used my credit care. they are obvious scammers. cannot reach them by phone-put on hold for an endless amount of timeand no service rep ever comes on the line. how does one get this taken care of? who does one speak with? is there any help available? when i entered my name-the message was that name is already taken or registered. what a scam. USED MY CREDIT CARD WITHOUT ANY OK FROM ME.
