I ordered a trial offer of the Acai Berry for .99 cents for 14 days. Was billed $39.95 on 7/14/09 for a product called "Life Cleanse" which I have never heard of and NEVER ordered and NEVER received to date. I called the company's customer service dept. 3 times. The last time I spoke with a "supervisor" Nathan Reed today 7/29/09, who ASSURES me that I WILL HAVE the produce in 3 days and that their 'REFUND POLICY" mandates I receive and mail them the product with an RMA # on the bottle and package for them to process my refund. OF COURSE!!! HOW CAN I DO THIS IF I DON'T EVER RECEIVE THE PRODUCT!!! THE COMPANY IS DECEPTIVE AND SCAMMING PEOPLE!!!
