Respected sir/madam,
What a rip off!! This company has layers of impossible customer service and response. You sign up for a free trial they send it to you and then start charging you. I get the "trial" product late due to travel. I am being charged before I even get a chance to review the product!!! As I look over the bottle that the company sends out and low and behold they state not to take this product if you have certain conditions. So I call to tell them taht I can nopt take this product and that they need to take the charges off. No such luck. Their phone system is atrocious! Either it kept cutting you off after you make a choice on their answering service, they are closed and heaven help you if you go to the website they direct you to!! It took 25 minutes of wait time to get a person to be told sorry about your luck. And never did I get an apology or expanation as to why they make it impossible to reach them. I guess that makes sure that they get their money!!! If this was such a legitimate product then why are they not standing behind it and working for customer satisfaction? So not in anyway try this product or any of their other ripoff products.
