We received an $88.00 charge for a $ .99 free trial, I have asked the bank to look into them (Life Berry) and they the have given me a phone # (866)719-2906 to try to resolve first. I have been on hold for 20 min with no luck. My bank said they will try to resolve for us but will not credit any monies until all means of resolving have been exhausted. Well maybe we have an answer. I started writing this complaint when I called and after 30 mins of being on hold I actually spoke to a person. After complaining about how they are handling their free trial she directed me to their web site and the terms and conditions. (www.acaiberrydetox.com) It actually gives you the formula to calculate your free trial period (for shipping only) the free trial is not for the product. If you read it you will find that it will almost always be impossible to get your free trial shipping because they use USPS (no offense to anyone working at the post office I am only referring to the shipping time window Acai berry is using) to ship and their order fill rate is about 5 days after you order is taken, which means that your arrival date will be after the free trial has expired and they will automatically process your credit card on the 15th day. But, if you are not satisfied with the product you can get a refund (full amount) as long as you get an RA # (return authorization #) and follow the directions completely, supposedly within 30 days.
