Respected sir/madam,
hi, i had purchased nokia e 61i 1 year back. it never functioned properly from day1.nokia service centres keep the set for 1 month, and give it back with no improvement in functioning .this has been done three times during warranty period. warranty expired 3 days back and suddenly the set is not switching on.now the service centre is demanding 80% of the cost for repairing it.why is nokia such a bad company in spite of so much of sales.i was surprised with the crowd at the service centre, it seems all sets of nokia are bought only to be repaired and customer is subjected to harrasement for buying nokia.please advice as to what can i do the atleast make a report of my problem to the company dr rakesh gupta lucknow UP
