Respected sir/madam,
This is not the first time .. but the time .. I just could not stand still and do nothing. We went into the Burger King in Mt. Shasta, Ca after Church today around 12:30 pm. There was no one at the counter to take our order. We were 2nd in line with others behind us. Others tried to get the attention of workers walking back and forth .. making orders .. but we were all just ignored! No response at all! Not even ..."someone will be with you in a moment" .. or anything. They (More than 3 employees) just acted like we were not there! Finally when someone did come to the counter to take our orders ... Some comments was made (not nice) ... After that begining experience .. we sat down to a dirty table to look around at dirty walls, floor, chairs, etc. Makes you wonder what condition the kitchen is in. Never again ...even if it is my grandaughter's Birthday! Cutsomer Lost! I will make sure the word is passed along also!
