Won't Cancel Product
I ordered the free sample, called an cancelled within the month but had already been sent two additional bottles which were charged full price to my account. When I called to send back they said they couldn't accept them but I would be cancelled. The next month I received another bottle and another charge. I Called again and they said they could cancel and the next month same thing, bottle and charge. I can't get to the website because the login and password do not work and there is no way to make changes to it. I did the website chat and got an operator who gave me an RMA # and address to return the product. They say that once they receive the product my account will be credited. could only send back one bottle. Will report back whether this worked or not. Product does work for me but bothers my stomach which is why I wanted to cancel.
