OK, so you got sucked in by the web site and ordered the trial deal. Now you read a site like this one and find out that you are dealing with a scam. Stay calm. It can be worked out. Send everything back by USPS and request that the package gets signed for at the company. Then you have proof that they got their junk back. Cancel your credit/debit card ASAP and request a new one with a new number. This will keep them from charging you any further amounts. Then submit the form on the back of your credit card bill stating that the charges are fraudualant. The credit card company WILL go after them and they WILL get your refund. Don't bother calling Acaiburn customer service or any of their free contact numbers. They will just jerk you around and you will get even more frustrated. SEND ALL STUFF BACK. CANCEL YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD AND GET A NEW ONE. SUBMIT A CLAIM OF FRAUDULANT CHARGES TO YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY.
