I purchased a nokia mobile with valid garanytee and faced a problem in my mobile and went to I2 branch in madinet Nasr, They tell me that I have to leave the mobil and wait for about 4 days to repair it, and the IMEI has been checked as usual in any agency to check the garanytee validation, Unfortunally they told me after 4 days that they did not make any invistigation in my Mobil and they need garanytee card to check the validation of the garanytee :) so I ask them that they should check the IMEI but the resbonsible person told me that they will check again and may your mobile need repair that cost about 100 LE, So I recommend every one to stop buying Nokia Mobil or Nokia recheck their agency services.
