Respected sir/madam,
I placed an order on the above date for a 1 outfit for the value of £136.00 this dress was ordered for me to wear for my cousins wedding (March 13th 2009). I noted that it states that it takes 10 days to stitch and a further 3 days to ship so I assumed that the dress would reach me by February 27th 2009. I have now been told that the dress has been allegedly dispatched on Thursday. However, I was told this twice previously then told it hasn’t as a warehouse burnt down therefore I am going to get a free Anarkali and a free top for the inconvenience this has caused me. I had to purchase a new dress for the wedding costing me in access off £100 due to Figra Fashion not been able to deliver on time. I have been given a tracking number which according to DHL is an invalid number. So I have been fobbed off with an incorrect number and more lies regarding the delivery date. Further I telephoned the contact number on your website only to find that is incorrect?? I haven given Figra Fashion ample time to get my dress delivered here and now waited nearly Five weeks (35 days in total) to find there is still no sign of a dress and lack of communication from your them. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the whole arrangement from start to finish and now want a Full refund for my dress. However this is also now being refused? I am not getting any answers ....
