I've had the same problem as the other complaints listed here. and to top it off I never received the tiral product to begin with! Have not been able to work out how to cancel the supposed "orders" (that i've never even placed!) so have had to cancel my credit card and order a new one! Contacted the credit card company as I was overseas when I supposedly 'bought' this product (and hadn't used my credit card in 4 weeks) and am not even sure if I can get it refunded. Unbelievable!!
