I saw an ad on my Msn home page for a combination of Acai Berry detox and fat burner. Per the ad it says try this trial offer and use the products in conjunction with exercise and good diet and get great results. I do the free trial for both products and they take so long to arrive that I forget I even ordered them. I check my credit card statement and find charges from CYP of $87.13 and then the next month of $79.95, $2.00, $1.95, $7.01. needless to say I am PISSED OFF. I call the number listed (1-866-922-7375), and never get an answer, I'm really getting angry. After nearly one month tonight I get through to someone and rip them a new one, and all they do is cancel my account. I have been charged for things I have not recieved, I'm a police officer, and where I come from thats a theft and in this case a felony theft. I finally get in touch with a supervisor by the name of Nathan Scott operator number 130, (what ever that means), he is in India! I threaten to file felony theft charges on Acai Berry Detox, and Nathan. Nathan says he will give me a refund now? OK. So folks everyone having trouble with this company get your local PD involved and please call Nathan at 1-866-922-7375 (operator #130). Tell him Sean sent you. Have fun!
