Respected sir/madam,
I purchased a cd for $1.98 They then without my authorization turned around and charged me $69.95. When I called them on 3/1/2009 they said they would refund my money and gave me a confirmation # of 95719. I went to check my credit card on 3/2/2009 to see if they had reimbursed me. They had not, but what they did do and this is after I had cancelled membership and got my confirmation # saying they would refund my money (69.95) They did not and charged me another $74.32. I cancelled the membership that I knew nothing about and then they charged me more. When I called them they said they were refusing to reimburse me anything. Can you please help.
