I took advantage of a free trail offer of their well advertised promo on the product AcaiBerry Detox, where the product was to be free and the customer would only have to pay the shipping of $3.95 I received the product and a attached bill for $3.95 as advertised, however my bank statement received approx 2 weeks later indicated I had been also billed the 87.13 for the product just a few days later. I called and inquired but was told I needed to contact the refund department. I called them and was referred back to the order dept, and this runaround continued for numerous phone conversations and I was eventually told I would receive a refund. I never got a refund and called again only to say it was too late and I had only 30 days to complain if I wasn't satisfied. I spoke to a supervisor who offered no recourse and told me I was out of luck. This company is definitely a scam for I have since found many other complaints on the web regarding the exact same problem of getting billed the $87.13 shortly after they received this supposedly "free" trail offer. Please warn others of this scam to get money from potential customers through fraud advertising.
