Direct TV states that you will not have problem with receptions during bad weathers. But I have experiece reception problems everytime there are strong winds, and rain. When I call customer service, they said that it is stated in their contracts that heavy storms are exceptions. They also determines what is a heavy storm, not you. Once you sign a contract with them, you are pretty much screwed. Can't get out, won't get any help or try to satify you as a customer in anyway. Their only priority is get new customers. Don't do business with Direct TV. You have been warned, they make everything sound good, and are accommidating to all your needs until you sign the contract. After that, good luck trying to get help from them.
