Respected sir/madam,
I purchased mobile (E-71) from nokia in the month of June'09. After 3 months the Keypads of the mobile was found not working hence I visited the nearest Nokia care centre & loged complaint, at first they refused to changed the Kepad & said it will be chargeble (Rs1150/=) later they agreed to rectify the problem in the set but refused to change the keypads, I agreed to rectify the set but after 3 days again the same problem is arising with the set. Now I would like to tell that after investing Rs19600/= for the set, I feel cheated. I don't think in future I would ever purchase a set from Nokia & also make sure none of my Family & friends go for Nokia as Nokia has the only one mindset to cheat the customers.
