An inspection was to be carried out on are residents but the property manager came in and spoke to my sister of thirteen that the house smelt and the front yard was a discrace
and that the next time she came the house better be spottles however my mother was up at 2 in the morning cleaning even though she has rumatism and has work at 4.30 in the morning.The thing is the manager did not even look and she smelt of diorear and tobaco i cant believe she spoke to a little girl like that
