Respected sir/madam,

I stupidly sent for a free trial of this \"fat burner\" in September. Of course it did absolutely nothing so I did not reorder. Last week (week of Nov. 9th) I got another bottle in the mail--no bill--and knew immediately I\\d screwed up. Called customer service and they told me I not only owed an outrageous $86.42 because I hadn\\t cancelled in the 19 day trial period, (No where did I see anything about a nineteen day trial period. It says on the marketing materials that it takes 4 months to notice a change so how would you know after 19 days.) I owed 2 payments--one for the trial bottle which I have to pay for because I didn\\t cancel and one for the bottle they sent because they assumed (their word exactly) that since I didn\\t cancel I must like the product.
