After booking with Cheap tickets for a package car and air three months in advance. I arrived in Florida on October 24, 2009 for two weeks.

We went right to buget in the airport to pick up our Mustang Convertible, to our surprise they didn\\t even have a mustang Convertible and gave us a Sebring Convertible. After arguing with them for twenty minites they asked us if we wanted the additional insurance and we both said no. My husband signed the papers in fustration and put them in his pocket and we left. When we returned the to Buffalo, New York and two days later I recieved my credit card statement. I was shocked to see they had charged us for 14 days additional insurance we said no to. A charge of $417.29, I have tried several times to get this ajusted but they refuse to budge. This is the second time we have rented a cafrom them and didn\\t get what was promised. They said because my husband signed the form there is nothing we can do about this issue. They had us so frustrated at the time of arrival we didn\\t even look at the form but we did tell her no insurance. BEWARE... THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST AND THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS. AND THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY RUDE.
