I requested an investigation and confirmation about winnings from NOKIA inconection about an sms notification where I was informed that I have had won R95 000.00 Conformation was given that I am a winner and the following person was given up as a reference to NOKIA.

All attempts failed to contact this person and no direct conformation have been received by NOKIA within this matter. None of the contact numbers can be reached. All attempts failed to make contact with the persons as was provided by the complaints board and no final conformation have been received about the process to complete the claim. This is really damaging the image and trust that consumers place in the NOKIA name, because I really dont know what to think or believe from here on. After getting confirmation that I am a winner, I still havent received any confirmed procedures to complete and resolve the matter. Can NOKIA please look into this.
