This is regarding False commitment and Fraudulent Practices done by Airtel. My Airtel No is 011-43052312 (Delhi). During the month of Oct, I did not receive the bill of my landline bill. After waiting for few more days when I called Airtel they told that bill has been delivered and they have the POD. When I requested them to send the copy of POD to me as well, they just refused my requested. After I contacted the Airtel Nodal office, the Nodal Officer commited that the copy of Bill should reach me in 7 days, But even after 15 days I have not received the PODs. This is a clear indication of fradulent signatures done on POD which is a LEGAL OFFENCE DONE BY AIRTEL.
I even wrote a letter to Airtel Appellate Authority but they are hardly bothered about the matter.
Then in the following month there was a excess bill sent to me. After following up for nearly 3 months, I was commited an adjustment of Rs 5066/- (Letter was also given to me on Airtel letter head). But it was shocking to get my next month bill. The committed adjustment is missing from the bill. When I contacted Airtel again, I was asked to furnish the proofs of adjustment.
It is a SHAME ON AIRTEL to ask a customer to provide with the proof which was given by Airtel on its own Letter Head.
