I Have purchased the washing mahcine model no.11318 top load 6.5 kgs on 31/7/2008 and the machine is still in warranty. Now the machine is not functioning and it was informed to them and they say the separator or shaft which is inside the machine is not functioning. On moving the machine we noticed a leakage in the oil and enquired.
In the past we have informed that the cloths after washing gives us the stains in the cloth and the Service engineer from Whirpool said the stains are because of the water we use and there is no possibility of the machine getting the stains.
request your advise, since the bill for the same is lost and how do we go about it Is there any provision without the Bill the replacement cannot be given. In case filing the case against the whirlpool will our service reports and other stand in our favour.
