Non-functioning of SIM
my friends mobile NO.9433942486 is not fuintioning properly. he is not able to send any SMS messages from his BSNL SIM. He is out of station nad may continue to be there as he is on deputation. Please help me resolve this problem. I tried to lodge a complaint with BSNL but I could not make out how to register a complaint on BSNLs website. Please help me.
