I ordered a $5.95 trial product. The advertisement said 'No Risk', 'Free Trial, pay only shipping fees.' I was then billed $84.79 to my credit card and received another bottle of the product I did not authorize. The invoice with the product says: 'Upon receipt, you'll have 15 days for the date that the product was shipped, to evaluate and see the results for yourself.' ... 'You are not obligated to purchase after you receive your free trial bottle and you may cancel anytime by calling 866-320-0038 or Chat Live at www.MyTrialSupport.com within the 15 day cancellation period.' The product was shipped allegedly on 02/26/09 and I received it 03/14/09, well past the 15 day cancellation period. I tried calling the number they give for cancellation and I get a recording: 'This number can not be reached from your calling area.' I tried the Chat Live at www.MyTrialSupport.com and received no response to my request for cancellation. I called Bank of America (my credit card company) and found that they charged me $29.95 for the Chat Live assistance. There is no way to reach the company to cancel the shipments, and the invoices also state: 'We cannot process or refund packages marked 'Return to Sender''. This company is making it impossible to cancel the product shipments and the recurring charges that I have not authorized.
