Respected sir/madam,
I have just received 2 Pandora fake bracelets. I have a real one but thought I could use some of the fake charms to fill real bracelet up. They are absolutely crap, they are definately not silver as described on the web site. I emailed them asking about returning them and I did get a reply but after that everytime I try to get on site it is not found. Now I know the site is still available as I asked my daughter to try. Some how I think as s0on as you are not happy your access to site gets blocked.Perhaps some computer whiz can confirm whether that could be the case. It seems strange the people who are not happy with the goods suddenly cant find the site but others who order again find it without a problem.I dont think I have got a chance of a refund and I am loathe to spend even more money on postage sending them back. I might try my credit card company to see if they can help.
