I have purchased your company ac LWA5HW2DD1.AE43YN1(IN) two weeks before . the ac is not working properly . The ac is not effective, is not cooling properly . It seems that its compressor is not working.This is surprising as I thought that LG (lifes good) was a company of good repute .As the room is sealed for effective cooling, the room is oppressively hot.Since Jaipur (house number 551/4 Pratap Lines, Jaipur cantt) has already become unbearably hot, may I request you to kindly take an expeditious action to give suitable instructions to the person responsible to rectify the defect.I would be grateful.
