Hi,
I purchased Nokia 5800 in the month of Decmber 2009. I was facing a problem of Auto Reboot and when sending an SMS phone gets reboots.
I have given the phone to Nokia care 5 times, they have just simply uploaed firmware but problem still persists. No one is not concerned about the issue.
Nokia service is very pathetic, they dont understand the issue, just collect the phone and firmware update. Nothing doing on this.. If this case what the hell they are doing by taking phone of 10-15 days with their services. They can do it 10-15 minutes.
I am planning to Sue Nokia for Rs 1 Lakhs as compensation for multiple visits to thier centre and wasting of my time.
