These people are only in business to steal in the name of green energy. Founded by a so-called kid genious in college who won business school kudos with this, his attitude of take the money and run and who gives a crap about the customer afterwards summarizes my experience. In my case - website will not take an order forcing it to be called in and taken manually. Young girl who clearly could care less takes order (but we see the website and believe the company must be good, but this must just be a useless phone operator). Oh how wrong we were. Girl place the order on internet system without letting us know about all of the warnings - no refund, basically you are screwed if we dont feel like sending you a good product. We will make it impossible for you to return and we dont issue RMAs. Well, this seems a common them - the forcing to call the order in. Then judgement: my product came: solar cells by the watt. Everything completely shattered into little bits.
