frustrated with at&t
Hi.
We took AT&T DSL internet connect in August 2009. Since then every 10-15mins the modem would get disconnected and will reconnect by itself in 2-3 mins. Several AT&T technicians came over last 6 months to fix the issue. Finally 2 technicians confirmend that AT&T central hub is more then 10000 feet from our house and they will not be able to provide the serivce they promised. As per their advice we discontinued the service. Yday i got a bill from AT&T where they are charging me 45$ for early termination fee. How can they charge when they are not able to provide me the service? Whenever I call billing department they just try to connect me to 3 different departments and never really close the issue.
