Respected sir/madam,
I signed up for comcast triple play through acellular with thier contact number being 1-800-973-6597 at the end of july or august of 2009. I was told if i kept the service for at least 3 months, i would recieve a $200.00 amazon gift card. My order number was 383443606. I have the three months of bills from august, september, october of 2009. I have called the company on oct 7, 2009 and talked to chad who at that time assigned me a case number of 2711. since then i have called and talked to the company reps several times with having a supervisor contact me or e-mail me, which i have not heard from. I have been told by the reps to contact the activation center since and see if you can help me with this problem. I have not recieved anything from the company to be able send in the copies of the three months of bills. I have not been able to talk to any supervisors regarding this matter. I cannot seem to get a fax number or a physical address to send anything to, so please if you can, help me. I would really like to take that money and be able to get my children a few things. thank you for your time and consideration. JoAnna C Shields.
