Respected sir/madam,
I\\m writing this with grave pain, this company do not respect anyone at their organization, they torture their own people like anything, though very small in size but very huge in politics. Although they\\ve chosen very lucrative business line (IT Healthcare), but pathetically managed company. You name a bad area; I can quote with examples in this company. Back-stabbing, sexual related, gossips and direction-less. Believe me, I\\m not the only guy who has suffered in this company, there are many who are victimized.
Ive asked to leave for no reason and they did not pay my salary until now. Im struggling to meet my personal obligations (loans, utilities, school family budget). Ive asked for relieving letter and my Form-16 (proof of tax pay) too, they had it on their deaf ears. They are not responding as well to my phone calls.
Im struggling to get what I deserve to get. Ive joined another company too, and this company demands for the relieving letter from my previous company – do not know what to do?
Ive overall 14+ years in the IT industry with proven track record. but this period at this company had created a huge dent in my career.
I suggest anyone not to venture with this company at all.
