Respected sir/madam,
I was considerig taking out a loan with this company however didnt go through with it. They went and took money from my account anyway without even giving me a loan! I was making payments for a loan I didnt even take out. When I rang tehm, after over an hour of waiting, the woman gave me an email address to contact and said id get a refund-the email address was invalid. So i went on the website and found an alternative address and emailed them. I still havent heard anything after 3 days. Will have to try and ring them tomorrow. How could they take money out of my account when UI didnt even take out a loan??
