Respected sir/madam,
My mother & I bought a yard works electric lawn mower last summer. and from the first time we used it, it didnt really cut the grass very well. It is also a lawn thatcher and that works very good. I do the yard work for my mother and also have a full time job so I left it up to my mother to phone Canadian Tire and complain about the mower. She put it off until this spring when she decided she would take it back and see if it need an adjustment or something so we could cut the grass. We took the mower in on April 10th and she was required to put a deposit ( in case it needed repair !) We have been back twice since and made numerous phone calls ( if you can get through ) and we get the big run around... It is being looked at...It is being repaired ...It is on its way back to the store...And this is every time we talk to them the same answer WE WILL CALL YOU... My mother is home all day and the store never calls back. I think they have lost the mower and are stalling . I would never buy anything from this store again. The service is terrible !
