Respected sir/madam,
I had a booking for drinks and meal for Monday 19th, this was cancelled about 5pm that day.
I rang the company who assured me everything was fine.
I have not had any calls or emails from this company since.
The money was to pay for my profile page for 1 year, I am still unable to get my picture on my profile.
I have emailed the complany to as for my money back, I have had no responce.
This was alot of money to hand over and get nothing in return, the lady i spoke to was lovely and gave me all the information I thought i needed.
Please can this be looked into asap.
