The static ip addresses were not ordered with the accounts as implied in this post but were ordered months after.

All static ips have been sent for the appropriate accounts save for 8 which we are waiting on from ARIN.net as they require justification.

This particular post is made by a consultant not the end user.

Many of his referred accounts are under question for authenticity by our Fraud Prevention Group.

HostICan seem to have adopted a new policy of ignoring ANY of the promises they provide. I was just directly scammed by the company and I believe it was done with a quite agreement from the company owner Mr.Denis Motov - see my complete and detailed post of the issue here:
