Respected sir/madam,
This Complaint is long Overdue.Airtel is Worst in resolving complaints.
Every time i had to call Airtels 121 to get any update. And the average time to get any response in 18min. Your Front team pretends to be transferring the call to Senior. The holding time here is 5 min.
I mean what are you doing. Dont expose so much of your mishandling of services.
And today again i called , waited for 20min for your Senior member to respond. But as usual the call was not answered inspite of holding it for 6min.
I had made a payment against my DSL Number: 0124nnnnn. Account Number: 14543170
Payment amount was 947.00 Rs.It was made on 28/06/2010 through online(WEB) of AIRTEL SITE.
I have already checked from Citibank, and as per them the amount was infact been already paid to Airtel.
I have send my Bank Statement long back.
