Hey This has happened to me as well They claimed Rs 647 from my ac towards airtel connection which I never aware of Unfortunately citi cant give much details They are not customer centric and this issue can happen to whole world and banker will still sleep on it

I tried to pay for my renewal of broadband service by Tata indicom broad band VSNL After logging in to Tata site and choosing renewal pack I was directed to My Bank site CICI bank Before confirming payment I found Pay to ce I cancelled the transaction and called Tata broad band call center Tata agent says we are not connected with India ideas There was a bill desk logo on the pageso I called bill desk he says India ideas is the service provider All this is confusing and funny I think there is improper regulations and citizens are put into unnecessary troublBeware of these elements

These Fuckers fhave deducted 2800 Rs from my ICICI credit card when i tried to pay my vodafone bill thorough vodafone portal I dont know how the payment got routed to that portal

This company is claming aprox Rs11500 from my Citibank credit card the latest being 16th22th December 2008 Also even Citibank is not able to tell from which Vodo Number is this person claiming the amount
This is reflected as ECS bounce in my account and this has happened 1st times
please help me to get rid of this nonsense portal
