Respected sir/madam,
My family came to eat at this Burger King in St. Louis on July 23rd. Weve never have had a problem with Burger King before but we did with this one.
We were in line getting ready to order and man came up to the counter said he has been waiting 10 mins for his order and he had just ordered a whopper meal. The girl working the registers didnt do much to help him and the manager had to step in to help. They did have whoppers made and ready to go and the person filling order didnt put the order out. The manager did get the order to the man but was not good at listening to the man. The man told him what he ordered but the manager kept ask him if he wanted cheese and the man kept telling he just wanted his order since he had told him what he ordered and paid for.
