Pathetic Customer Service
Respected sir/madam,
I have had just about allI can take from the most incompetent, uselsess Service providers on the planet.
I purchased a contract on the 15th June 2010. On the 21st June at 16h15 I returned the package of cellphones untampered with to Baryy Le Pere who assured me that the contract would be cancelled once I spoke to the accounts department. Well I still have had absolutely no joy in getting this cancelled after making about 60 cakls and speaking to 50 people. On the 23rd July Bayport tried to debit my account but there were no funds avaialble. I did not authorise them to debit my account on this date. THey the debited again on the 24th fro an amount of R348.90. What frustartes me is taht they have all these details to take money from me but cannot find a paper trail to ascertain my cancellation. I am livid that I have to pay for cellphones which I am not using and still having to deal with untrained, uselss client service people who cannot do anything except transfer a person from one person to anaother.
Anyone ever thinking of doing business with Bayport please be very wary and if you can rather take your business to a more reputable dealer do so.

i purchased a contract at Bayport last year September 2010. The phones were delivered to me successfully but but there was no airtime on the phones as agreed that i will be getting a R125 airtime a month. I lodged my complaint to them but they never assisted me. Until today i have not received the airtime but they keep on debiting the amount of R400 into account.

i called bayport to report that my cellphone is no longer working. the screen is dead. i was promised that the gadget will be collected within 24 to 48 hours. but that did not happen. i am just frustrated as i am now under house arrest. waiting for a call from them and i cannot go anywhere until they come. my Ref number is MUFCHA20/09 AND THE OTHER REF IS WELMAP27/09. i can be contacted telephonically at 0734017247

I have just made my 3 months bank statement and found that I have been debited twice for two months Please I want my money back This is not acceptable I dont know why you people dont check your records.Please transfer my money Capitec bank cc no-1258116438.Please Ineed my money.

i havent recieved my phone yet if i read all the complaints ill close my bank acc before you recieve a payment. in fact if you dont call me 2morrow im going to do that. @ 082 840 2028

On the 13 October 2011 someone from your company called me and ask for my banking details again and I give it to her. She said that the phones will be sent to me but this morning when I follow up they told me that it was rejected. How can it be rejected after they told me that I can get the phones and that it will be send in the next 5 working days. I did not receive any messages or calls that said it was rejected.This is my banking details Capitec-1272517185. Last month I receive a loan also from Bayport and there my banking details are same.Can you please follow up on my application.

Ireceived aletter which says you did'nt received money, to my apology my company have change the pay date which is from now on 25th instead of 27th
