Respected sir/madam,
This is a complaint directed towards the 211 so-called crisis hotlines and other hotlines you find-- the people working these hotlines are very rude, abusive to callers, have no idea what theyre talknig about, tell victims of abuse tehyre allowing it and all sorts of nonsense- they are not crisis counselors but mostly psychopaths behind the phone lines who abuse desperate people calling in who are in a state of crisis...the people that work at these places are also sick in the head, have no concept of how to help people and are mean and stupid people. Beware of these hotlines for they arent about helping people calling in, but abusing people and causing them more problems with their lack of knowledge understanding and compassion...the women or females that work these places are the worst and need some serious counseling themselves and need to learn how to help others- do not direct callers to these hotlines that are only about putting people down...beware...
