Respected sir/madam,
Ive been with a Rushcard for 3 maybe 4 years now and have had troubles with it for 2 years. There have been unauthorized charges on my card including ATM withdrawls and i dont know how this keeps happening when im the only one with my card at all times. This time $603 has been withdrawn and nobody knows how this could have happened. I have talked to several representatives and they cant do anything about it but tell me to dispute it which they say takes up to 60 days. This couldnt be a worse time to happen for me. Rent is due as well as bills, I have my babyshower to plan in less than 2 months and cant do a thing now. This should not happen to people constantly.
