Respected sir/madam,
I was also defrauded by this company. I thought i was participating in a free trial, which would only cost me $0.99 for postage. To my horror i discovered that $99.98 (US) was deducted from my account immediately and without my knowledge or permission. Various calls and e-mail complaints later, nothing! And yet another deduction! I have now canceled my card, and lodged a formal complaint with my bank. They are aware of this company, as this has happened with many other people. And another thing is, that they didn\\t even send the two bottles that i had already paid for, they only sent one. It is useless, and a waste of time and money to call. Their agents are unhelpful, and can only repeat the same mindless garbage. I am astonished that they have been able to get away with this for so long! I have come across literally hundreds of complaints of the same nature. Please all be aware and cancel your cards, because no matter what they say they will deduct more money
