Send Report of News "Straight Talk"
No Action from ICICI Bank for Customer Con
I have been going through the nightmare from ICICI Bank. Though I have been sending them mails and following up regularly. The only prompt action from them is - they send me a classical message saying \\We understand your concernns, your service request is so and so and we will get back to you in 2/3 days. But after few days the service request gets closed automatically without any action.
I have sent mails to customer care, NRI manager, NRI helpdesk, plus to the Branch Manager through online message. But the result is the same - no action; Here are my difficulties in the past couple of months;
