Misleading Advertising/poor customer service
On March 14th I ordered the "free trial" offer for only the cost of s/h. The ad said "free trial period for a full month supply, and RISK FREE 30-day money back guarantee. You'll have 14 days to evaluate the product". So I assumed (silly me) that I would have 14 days to actually TRY the product before deciding if I wanted to keep using it or not. I received the bottle on March 19th (5 days after placing the order). As of this writing, I should still have 2 days left on my 'TRIAL". BUT NO --- I discovered my debit card has already been charged $87.13. When I called this morning to cancel and return the unused portion and get a reversal of the charges, I was told by a customer service rep that I could not get a refund but that she would cancel my subscription and I won't get any more product (WE'LL SEE!) I asked to speak to her supervisor, Tonya, who told me in no uncertain terms that I had not complied with the terms and conditions and would not get a reversal of charges. THEIR ADVERTISING IS VAGUE AT BEST AND FRAUDULENT AT WORST. THE TRIAL OF ANY PRODUCT SHOULD NOT BEGIN BEGIN WHEN THE ORDER IS PLACED BUT WHEN THE PRODUCT IS RECEIVED BY THE CONSUMER. The product may be fine, but the customer service SUCKS!
