Extra receiver
Respected sir/madam,
I am a new customer to direct tv and when they sent me a tech to install my dish he brought the wrong receiver that I didnt order. That wasnt such a big deal. He also ran a second line to install a second receiver if I wanted. When I called direct tv to ask about a second receiver they told me it would be $60 for the receiver, plus another $50 dollars for a new customer charge, $20 for shipping, and $5 a month receiver charge. If I had ordered the receiver originally it would only have been the monthly service fee, but since I am already a customer it was $130 upfront. Why to take care of your current customers. I will be going back 2 dish network when my contract is up.
