Hi Deborah I see your exact message defending Norah on every site attacking her but the reality is yes you offer a refund congrats. But she is a phony..as my friend got the exact same reading as me. How can you argue that one? It is very general...it is a old gypsy technique used to scare people into purchasing readings. I was dumb enough to fall for it but thank you for refunding me. |

All I want is a refund I've been charged £225 for actually nothing at all, i was shocked to find out that amount of money missing from my account as I did not agree to it at all, I have sent several email but no one seem to get back to me,I even sent you an email Deborah and still waiting for an answer on how to get a refund. |

The 'Complete 100 percent Money Back Guarantee' is not worth the paper it's written on!!!! They will fob you off, talk absolute bullshit, and generally try to make out everything's your fault, but give you your money back??? No way1 My advice is don't part with it in the first place! |

I have sent a request for my cancellation,just after reading my reading on line,please ensure that it will be cancelled,reading about this a scam has put me off.can you make sure no money will be taken out of my bank,or I will go to trading standards,and watch dog if this turns out fake.no money should be taken from my account its against the law.please confirm,I HAVE SENT A EMAIL TO CANCEL AND THROUGH THE READING PAGE. |

Was just wondering if you received your refund. I have no idea why I purchased the reading before checking Norah's reviews on google. I paid about two hours ago, but have in the meantime sent an email to request a full refund. I am concerned that I may not receive the money taken from my credit card. Any feedback will be appreciated. |
