Respected sir/madam,
Ive been wondering for years how can I file a complaint about this place. The service has been horrible for years. I live in the apartments right next to it and I no longer go there unless Im starving without my car. There have been times where Ive gone and received burgers without patties, super cold fries, the wrong meat, and cold burgers. They ALWAYS take SOOO LONG with your order nearly every time I go trough the drive thru. I waited a whole 30 minutes one time because the cashier at the window took my money and just went about her business until I knocked on the window. She said \"the computer is down and the register won\\t open\". I saw the clerk at the front counter and told her Why the hell did you make us wait so long? And why dont you just use the other register?. She listened, and gave me my change. Tonight was the final straw though. I went to order my daughter a kids meal and they told me they had no lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles. I immediately left and searched the web for a way to complain about that horrible place. I really believe its poor management that is causing this.
