Respected sir/madam,
12/27/2009 brought my Kenmore vacumm cleaner into Sears Repair Center in Mapunapuna, A large board behind the cash registers read all repairs will be completed by 1/14/2011. January 13, 2011 I call to see if I can pick up my vacumm? & George says you cant because there is part we ordered yesterday? I ask why didnt you order the part in December?, it should have been here by now? George answers we have been busy... so I call a week later now 1/20/11 a lady answers & tells me we had to order the part from another vendor to be shipped 1/21/11 so I call again on 1/26/11, George tells me that they had to change vendor & doesnt know when the part will come in? I call customer service, they said manager in Hawaii on vacation until next week? Losers
